Its incredible. The Location is the best of it. I did not put a 5 out of 5 just because it misses a place in which one can put clothes. There is no closet or something like it. Apart from that, great apartment!

Yuka Mitani’s review for 10713119 You will feel very lucky to be in this apartment on the Bastille Day when the crowds start searching for a good spot nearby the Eiffel Tower. Some of them start as early as early afternoon and just wait there till 23:00. Whilst if you live in this apartment, you can step out in the courtyard 3 minutes before the firework and there you will have the close up view, unblocked, not paying a cent for those rip-off priced drinks the cafes and restaurants nearby will charge you. The ceiling is high and there are plenty of storage areas above your head. It comes with a ladder, therefore, small as it is, a manageable room. My agent Mme Hirano was very supportive as well.
