部屋の狭さが気になっていましたが、実際行ってみると充分な広さででした。最上階で部屋が明るく、家具や電化製品も全て揃っていて生活しやすいです。（サイトの情報には無かった食器洗浄機や掃除機もありました。）アパートの建物自体も手入れが行き届いています。唯一つ、洗面台が小さいのが難点です。
