Wonderful, cozy apartment in the heart of town. Shopping facilities are very close by. Once you step out of the flat, you are in a very lively area with a lot of shopping possibilities, restaurants, cafés and bistros. Nevertheless is the flat extremely quite as you overlook a courtyard. The flat is cozy but still very spatious and light fludded. The flat has a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine and many other facilities which you need in your daily household. The landlord is very helpful and is always available if needed. The flat has been handed over to me in an impeccable and clean state. I can highly recommend this place.
