The location is close to bus routes and the no. 12 metro. The area is very pleasant, with a Sunday market, several grocery stores, cafes, and parks. The apartment gets noise from the road during the day but not at night. The apartment itself is more spacious than expected from the photos and has been recently painted. It is well-supplied with furniture and kitchen equipment/linen. The furniture and equipment is functional, although not much to look at. The landlady is very helpful. The building is quite old so the stairs up to the apartment are somewhat narrow and there aren't a lot of power sockets.

The apartment needs some refreshment, like fresh paint on walls. The landlord is a nice lady though and the location is very convenient - two grocery stores, other shops, banks and restaurants in the nearest proximity.
