TV and Internet equipped it has two independent bedrooms and is ideal for sharing accomodation but one of the bedrooms can equally be used as a living room. Within 5mn by foot one finds the animated Losserand street with his multiple small shops for food, two mini-markets, as well as animated bars (Entrepot, Utopia) and two subway stations to join either the center of Paris or the Porte de Versailles. In short, a pleasant and very convenient place to live. "

We are so pleased with the apartment and all of the service we received from Lodgis. The process was made very simple with one advisor to help you through the whole process and we couldn't be happier with our apartment. It is just as it appears in the photos, if not better. The location is great! The area is very calm, but there are some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a multitude of supermarkets, bakeries and shops catering for every eventuality. The landlord was extremely helpful and welcoming upon arrival and made us feel at ease with everything straight away. Everything is provided in the apartment, from bed linen to kitchen utensils We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and the area to anyone else, we've had many compliments from friends also living in Paris about how nice the area and the apartment are in comparison to their own!
