This studio is just renovated. It's so clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. All furnitures are brand-new and really comfortable. (even the sofa bed, when it's unfolded, it's quite big and has a nice mattress.) And various kinds of cookware and linens are fully equipped. The landlord is absolutely great. Even tiny problems, she handles them very promptly. I think the district is calm and safe. And the neighbourhoods are gentle and courteous as well.
