非常にパリらしい夜まで活気のある通りで　カフェ、レストラン、パン屋　肉屋　魚屋　果物屋　薬局など　あらゆるお店が並び、ス－パ－もあり　必要な物は何でもそろいます。地下鉄３号線と４号線がすぐ近くにあり交通も便利。　アパ－トは中庭に面しているので　表通りとは対照的に静かで　地上偕なので便利。大家さんは親切でインテリア関係の方なので　アパ－トの内装もモダンです。
