L'appartement se trouve dans un cartier très animé, bien desservi par les transports et equipé de toutes activités commerciales (pharmacie, sale de sport, supermarché, boulangerie..). L'immeuble est très calme, avec une concièrgerie; il se trouve dans une rue sans trafic. La déco est très jolie et l'appart est spacieux et offre la possibilité d'héberger des amis (canapé-lit). Les appareils électroménagers ne sont pas de toute dernière génération, mais ils fonctionnent bien. La proprietaire a toujours été très gentille et disponible vers moi. CONSEILLE! L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere molto animato, ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto e dotato di tutte le attività commerciali (farmacie, supermercati, boulangerie, palestre..). L'immobile è molto tranquillo, con servizio di concièrgerie, e si trova in una strada a fondo cieco quindi non trafficata. La casa è arredata in modo molto carino, è spaziosa e offre la possibilità di avere ospiti (divano letto). Gli elettrodomestici non sono di ultimissima generazione, ma comunque funzionanti. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile e simpatica nei miei confronti. CONSIGLIATO!

The apartment is fantastic. It is quite large for Paris, well located, very comfortable and has all the amenities I needed. It is on a quiet passe, in a secure court yard. Plus it is only about 50 meters from the Charonne metro stop on line 9. L. is simply fantastic. She is extremely warm and helpful, with many suggestions of great restaurants. And there are many in the area. When I first arrived in the morning after a long flight, she greeted me with breakfast pastries.

The apartment is great. In a wonderful central location, very quiet and beautiful. It is exactly as the pictures show, very pretty and comfortable and makes the perfect base for an extended stay in Paris. I would highly recommend it.
