Le studio est conforme à la description. Il est très propre. Il est très bien entretenu par le propriétaire qui a une attention particulière pour le confort du locataire. Tout est bien pensé et optimisé : Les éclairages et prises, les rangements, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie est bonne, le studio est sain (parquet coté chambre et bureau, carrelage côté cuisine et salle de bain. Studio qui a du charme avec ses poutres. Je recommande !
