This apartment housed me and my friend for three months and was perfect for our stay. It included everything needed and was upgraded and felt as new. We had good contact with the landlady and every part of the rent process felt safe. The only negative might have been that it was on the ground floor so the natural light wasn't the best, but otherwise this apartment was perfect.
