The apartment is very nice, well-equipped and has a very good layout which was important given the floor area size. It's situated in a very central neighborhood, close to the 1er, Opera, Republique and Marais. The metro station and some bus stops are very close by. It was quiet when I first moved in but a bar opened righ downstairs so some nights I could hear chatter. Other than that, it's a very good apartment!
