We had a truly excellent stay and are sincerely grateful for our time in this apartment. We would recommend it without hesitation. Above all, the landlord was exceptionally supportive. Whenever we had a question or minor issue, a quick SMS or call received an immediate response, and when necessary, he even came the next day to resolve things in person. He was consistently reliable, kind, and proactive. His support made our transition to life in France much smoother, and we deeply appreciated his attentiveness and generosity. The location is outstanding, with two metro stations very close by. A large Carrefour, an Aldi downstairs, and an Asian grocery store are all within easy reach. Parc Montsouris, a major hospital, and essential services such as the post office are also nearby. Although the building is located on a main road, the apartment faces the courtyard, making it remarkably quiet. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped. The large windows fill the space with beautiful natural light, especially in spring and autumn. We enjoyed seeing birds such as great tits, jays, and blackbirds visiting the courtyard. The dishwasher and efficient heating system made everyday life easy and comfortable. We are truly thankful for this experience. This apartment is an excellent choice, particularly for foreigners who may feel uncertain about starting life in France. It offers not only comfort and convenience, but also peace of mind.

This apartment always made our life very much joyful and peaceful. It is incredibly marvelous that no trouble experiences for utilities which is rare in the apartment in Paris. So convenient for errands and public transportation. With the perfect view of beautiful Cherry Blossom from the huge window, birds singing and sunny rooms. The owner of this apartment is extremely helpful and receptive. He can communicate in English and bottom line is truly loyal which made the life in this apartment most comfortable.
