The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It offers a comfortable living space in a pleasant neighborhood. The surrounding area is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, with easy access to shops and public transportation. Communication with the landlord has been kind, clear, and consistently helpful. Would recommend.

Das Apartment ist wirklich ein Traum. Im Apartment selbst ist alles vorhanden was man für eine schöne Zeit zum leben braucht. Außerdem ist die Anbindung mit der Metro, Tram oder dem Bus super. Man kommt zu jeder Tages- bzw. Nachzeit überall schnell hin. Auch sonst ist die Lage super. Man hat mehrere Supermärkte, etc. gleich um sich herum. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und steht einem auch während dem Aufenthalt immer für sämtliche Fragen, etc. zur Verfügung. Alles in allem fühle ich mich hier sehr wohl und kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Ps.: Das absolute Highlight: Da man sich im achten Stock eines schönen alten Gebäudes befindet, hat man einen tollen Ausblick über Paris und kann sogar den Eiffelturm sehen. /// L'appartement est vraiment jolie. En résumé, je me sens très bien ici et je peux absolument recommander l'appartement ! Ps : Comme on se trouve au huitième étage d'un bel immeuble ancien, on a une vue magnifique sur Paris et on peut même voir la Tour Eiffel. /// The flat's really a dream. Cet appartement est parfait pour une étudiante, il est très bien aménagé, très bien agencé, et tout l’espace est bien pensé pour avoir un maximum de rangements. De plus, il est très bien situé, et près de tous les transports en communs. Enfin la propriétaire Mme De Montulé est une personne très gentille et toujours à l’écoute.
