Appartement très agréable et à fort potentiel mais pas assez bien entretenu, la cuisine n'est pas suffisamment équipée pour une vie de famille (vaisselle, couverts). La porte d'entrée s'ouvre mal (il faut la pousser très fort), il n'y a que 2 clefs pour tous les occupants, la chaudière émet un son d'interphone tous les 1/4 d'heure (ce qui est très perturbant), les placards dans le couloir mériteraient d'être réparés, c'est simple et rapide et cela changerait l'aspect de ce passage. Mais l'appartement reste agréable à vivre et la copropriété est propre et agréable.
