物件は交通アクセスのよい場所で、エレベータもあり、思ったより広く、収納スペースもかなりあって、2人で暮らすうえでの問題はありません。さらに2重窓であることから戸外の騒音への静寂性も確保されているので、良好であると思います。トイレやシャワールームのリノベーションもしていただけたようで、新しく感じます。ただ、シャワーヘットフォルダが壊れたままになっていることや、IHヒータで使えない鍋やフライパンを渡されたこと、前の住人が残していったゴミが多いこと（しかもどれが備品で、どれは廃棄してよいか分かりにくい）など、備品管理については課題があると感じました。さらに、シャワーヘッドなどについて、どのように対処すればよいか問い合わせても返事すらいただけないのはとても残念です。
