In 2022, we completely redesigned and renovated the property. It spans the fifth and sixth floors (the building's top floor), accessible by elevator, and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a trundle bed. Our private rooftop offers a splendid spot to relax on sunbeds and enjoy views of Parisian rooftops!

The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen boasts ample counter space and is outfitted with modern Siemens appliances, including a dishwasher, dryer, refrigerators, freezer, a large oven, microwave oven, toaster, and a Delonghi coffee machine.

This exceptional home is also equipped with luxury amenities, such as an integrated sound system that can be controlled via iPad or phone using Sonos, with individual volume controls in each room. Entertainment is provided by an HDTV connected to a home cinema system, Netflix, and we offer fast Internet Wi-Fi & air conditioning for your convenience.
