Logement bien situé (proche tram, bus et métro) et lumineux (grande fenêtre et deux velux). Il y a beaucoup de rangement (dressing, étagère, étagère dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain). Il est très bien équipé : une table et deux chaises, couvertures, draps, serviettes, frigo, plaques vitrocéramiques, aspirateurs, vaisselle, planches à découper, micro-ondes, fer à repasser, grille-pain, lampes, télé et la fibre est déjà installée.
