日当たりがとてもいいです。小さな部屋ですが、収納がたくさんあり、洗濯機以外は全て揃っているので便利です。個人的には姿見も設置されていたのが嬉しかったです。洗濯は近くにコインランドリーがありますのでそちらでできます。大家さんもとても優しいマダムでした。近所はお店がたくさんあり、人通りも多く、駅も最寄にたくさんあるので女性でも安心できると思います。

決して広くはないけれど、設備は整っていると思いました。個人的にはWIFIと中央暖房が備わっている点が良かったです。冬でも部屋が暖かく、暖房のための電気代もかけずにすみそうで安心しました。周囲にはお店がたくさんあり、便利だと思います。洗濯機はないけれど、徒歩5分以内の場所にコインランドリーもあるので、それで対応できそうです。
