I enjoyed living in the 5ème and the apartment had everything I needed. I stayed 9 months because I was very comfortable there. The neighborhood has a lot to offer.

有名なムフタール通りが近く活気があり、また落ち着いた地域でなのでとても住みやすいです。ただ朝は市場の準備のせいか少し騒がしいので、その音で目が覚めてしまうことがあります。ですが、その点を除けば素晴らしい物件です。

Apartment is great - stayed there for 3 months (Oct \'10-Jan \'11). Fantastic location. Clean. Tons of light. American-style kitchen with large oven/stove (for France), tons of workspace, a washer, dishwasher, small fridge. Huge closet. There\'s also a small balcony overlooking courtyard (not pictured on site). In terms of quality, everything as pictured on the website (except the TV has actually been upgraded to a flat screen). Can be a bit noisy at night, as there are lots of bars nearby, but that\'s really the only drawback. I recommend this apartment!
