The location is great. In the heart of Paris with easy access to both the bus and metro. A couple of things. The elevator does not come to the top floor so you must carry suitcases up one flight (a handicapped person would not be able to manage) and there is no air conditioning. The western sun can be brutal but the view of Notre Dame and the Tour Eiffel at night more than compensates
