Appartement idéalement localisé dans un immeuble bien entretenu donnant sur une rue calme à quelques pas du métro mais aussi de la butte Montmarte et du quartier animé de Pigalle. Ce studio est bien conçu, fonctionnel et offre toutes les facilités pour un séjour agréable. Son orientation sur le jardin de l’immeuble apporte un peu de verdure et de sérénité à son environnement. Enfin, ce qui n’est pas qu’un détail, le propriétaire est sympathique et à l’écoute.
