立地、外観、内装、素晴らしいです。暑い時期なので、大家さんに頼むと、日除けのすだれをすぐに設置してくれました。ただ、付属している掃除機が型が古すぎてゴミのバッグが何処でも入手できなかったり、(でも、モップで掃除できるので構いません) ソファーベッドの折りたたみが困難だったり、鍵が開けにくく毎回ヒヤヒヤするので4.8くらいです。
