Molto comodo e confortevole, con una buona ottimizzazione degli spazi e ben fornito per una permanenza di lungo periodo. Nonostante sia situato in una stradina molto animata e caratteristica della città, è silenzioso e tranquillo. Anche lo stabile è risultato accogliente. Ottima la centralizzazione dell\'impianto di riscaldamento. Unico difetto: il precedente locatario non si era fatto carico della pulizia.

The convenient location and amentities that included: elevator, washer/dryer and bathtub made our rental experience worthwhile. There were cleaning supplies -- an unexpected bonus, that enabled us to maintain housekeeping tasks.

The apartment was very lovely and quite spacious. there was a lot of light and it was lovely to be able to open the big windows. having a bath in the apartment was a great luxury, as was the elevator in the building. The location was very convenient near Pont Neuf. I thought the apartment was very well located
