Un logement en excellent état ! Il est propre, accueillant et plutôt spacieux pour 25m2. On s\'y sent très bien et surtout, en sécurité. La proximité de tout les commerces d\'importances et du marché Poncelet est un bel avantage. Un vrai plaisir !
