Ce logement confortable, propre, tres tres bien equipe, dispose de belles surfaces. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes. La grande terrasse est egalement tres agreable. Situe au coeur d\'un quartier vivant et sympa de Paris ou l\'on trouve tous les commerces necessaires (y compris un \'Carrefour Market\' a moins de 100m), l\'appartement est incroyablement calme (aucun bruit de rue). Enfin, il convient de noter la proximite du metro et le passage de nombreux bus.
