Furthermore, the department 94 is reported to be the champion (in terms of green spaces) of the 'Petite Couronne', with no less than 22 county parks: the Notre Dame Forest (Bois Notre Dame) and a part of the Bois de Vincennes (which hosts the Foire du Trone in summer, and where Paris Zoological Park is located). Not to mention the “Coulée Verte” (green belt) and the Roseraie du Val-de-Marne (Rose garden), located in l'Hay-les-Roses. Houses in the Val-de-Marne therefore have a very good layout.
