Wir kannten die Agentur bereits von einem früheren Aufenthalt und sind auch dieses Mal mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. A apprécier particulièrement: On peut même communiquer en allemand, ce qui n'est pas forcément évident en France ;-)

Les agents auraient pu être plus efficaces lors de la recherche du logement, par contre ils ont été très aimables et patients... Très rapide lors de la signature du contrat! Aucun souci par rapport au garant (étranger, dans mon cas), ce qui a été le plus important pour moi.

何度かのやりとりできちんと対応していただきました。 が、キッチンの水の出が悪い件を家主さんにも御知らせし、お返事がこないので、ロジススタッフのほうにも連絡しましたが、その後連絡をいただけませんでした。 家主さんに連絡していただいたのか、どのように言っていたのか、など、その後のフォローもしてほしいところです。
