A little bit frustrating process securing an apartment, as it took us 4 different reservations until the final apartment was confirmed as rented. But communication is speedy and professional, pictures of the apartments are very truthful, and information provided is sufficient.

物件の申し込み時点から、住宅保険の締結まで、お世話になりました。 日本人もかなり御社を利用しているようですね。いろいろなアパートに日本人が使った形跡が残っています。

滞在の直前に確認の連絡などがあるとより安心出来ると思いました。 It was better to have pre-notification or confirmation just before our stay.
