My agent was very good and always responsive and helpful to all my inquiries.

L´agence a fait de son mieux pour nous trouver quelque chose de bien.On n´aurait pu louer pour plus longtemps si l´agence nous avait proposer un tel appartement plus vite car celui ci etait libre d´apres ce que j´ai compris.

契約成立までは全て日本語で対応して頂いていたので、契約成立後からはいきない自分で家主と連絡を取って、勝手にやって下さいという対応は正直驚きました。私はフランスに住んでいた経験があるので、問題ありませんでしたが、初めてだったらかなり戸惑っていたと思います。 家賃の支払い期限や方法についてももう少し詳しい説明が欲しかったです。

とても満足です。ありがとうございました。 サイトの日本語対応はしっかりしているし、メール対応も素早く的確で安心できます。他のエージェントには空室問い合わせが満室で借りられなくても手数料を請求するところがありましたが、Lodgisさんは常に誠実で、不安なくご依頼できました。 チェックイン・チェックアウト担当会社の方にも満足しています。渋滞がなく車がチェックイン予定より少し早く着いたのですが、できる範囲で早く来てくださり助かりました。チェックイン時の案内も適切でした。チェックアウトも時間通りに来てくれて、パリでは珍しい(ごめんなさい)くらいです。

The agency people are all very polite, but getting an apartment took me many tries, mainly because they rent out so quickly, or maybe the website is not automatically updated. I got the apartment on my 6th try, but I\'m happy I did.

All the necessary explanations and assistance necessary were provided. I write in English here as it seems that might be best? I did communicate with lodges and landlady in French, however. An aside: a horrible experience with another planned rental via owner who said we should side- step Lodgis, and then double -booked her place leaving us with nowhere to stay (a man charged with helping her who DID return our deposit says she does this often.....) leads me to say, ALWAYS use Lodgis. The fees and reliability are worth it!!!
