It was rather easy to get our questions answered by our agent. I do, however, think it would be better if your agents were able to request several apartments at a time to the landlords because it would speed up the process.

Je vous prie de lui transmettre toute mon admiration et mes encouragements...Je suis d'ailleurs tenté de la débaucher pour d'autres horizons...Lol...Même lorsque Luisa était hors des bureaux, ses collègues que j'ai chaque fois eu au téléphone ont donné la preuve d'une parfaite collaboration et d'une continuité du service au client...C'est la preuve d'une belle organisation mise en place à LODGIS et surtout la preuve d'un très bel esprit d'équipe incontestable au sein de cette entreprise ! The agency was very helpful, emailing a choice of suitable apartments based on the initial briefing. They responded to all queries and provided all the information required quickly and speedily.

Entirely painless booking process through Lodgis, with good and prompt information provided by the agency. Provision of insurance options as a follow up from Lodgis also makes insurance purchase easy. I looked for other insurance options, but ended up going with the company recommended by Lodgis, as it was competitive and easy to arrange in English.

Contact was good. It's difficult sometimes to trust relatively small, unknown companies but I found my dealing with Lodgis to be good and straightforward. No issues and I would recommend to anyone.

I really like the instant booking option. I wish more of the apartments had that option as it makes it much more guaranteed that you will get the apartment you choose.

初めてのパリでのアパート予約で不安でしたが、確認したい点や質問メールにも翌日には返事を頂くことができ、安心して予約をすることが出来ました。 また、Webサイトもとても分かりやすかったです。 今回はセーヌ川まで歩いていけるアパートを探していたので、パリ市内の地図上から物件を探せるページがあると尚良いと思いました。

As an international student, they made the whole process of finding an apartment as easy as possible and stress free. Lodgis is very accommodating and it's great to have a person to speak one-on-one with rather than the whole agency. I highly recommend Lodgis for any rental/apartment-hunting needs. The only difficult aspect was the time difference, which made correspondence a bit slow but, Lodgis was still able to maintain steady contact and offer their services flawlessly.
