I looked for an apartment for seven months in Paris. I chose three apartments on the website. It took abt. six weeks to see the second and I have after two months(!) still not seen the third. At two appointments nobody attended at all. When in contact the agents were friendly and of help anyhow. Overall I think an agency with a very Frenchy mind-set...

It was a challenge to acquire an apartment because the properties moved quickly. The time difference made it challenging to hear back promptly from my leasing agent, though our contact was pleasant.

Presentation of the apartments on the internet is excellent! Service is very prompt. All steps in the rental process are explained well. We have never been disappointed with any interaction with the LODGIS agents.

The owner took 3 weeks to refund the security deposit and the broker of the agency was not helpful on this issue.

I was in contact with Manuela Falletta. She was very reactive and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. If I were to rent through Lodges again, I would be very happy to work with her again.

Contact has be great although a viewing service would make you even better.

The agency and agent were available to answer any question, make the transaction easy and deal with any issues. This was my second time using Lodgis, and I would use them again on a return trip to Paris.

It was ok, but I had used a different agency before, also for a long-term assignment in Paris, and the service was definitely better and more customer oriented. With Lodgis you get all the contact and more until you sign the contract, but after that, you are left on your own more or less. As I said, it was ok, but the agency could do better to serve their clients also after contract signing.

Faster replies to e-mails would be nice.

Fui muito bem recebido pela sra Anna Poncelblanc desde o primeiro contato que tive com a Lodgis e ela continuou me auxiliando por todo o processo até o contrato final de locação.

Nicolas was very helpful all the time. Though sometimes he couldn't give me answer fast, I understand he is busy. He answered my every question and request. He kindly explained everything. I would like to proceed the contract again if I come back to paris and look for a house.
