Molto positiva perché è stato assai apprezzabile la qualità del prodotto immobiliare, in sé e per sé, ma anche (e soprattutto) la rapidità con cui si è giunti alla conclusione della trattativa.

Points de force: grand choix d'appartements, trés bon rapport qualité-prix, clarté sur les coûts, rapidité de la réponse. Points faibles: un peu de confusion entre les agents immobiliers impliqués.

It's quite easy to rent a room in Paris via lodgis compared to other methods which are really hard to rent a room.
