Ich hatte überwiegend Kontakt mit Frau Le Corre, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Auch war es sehr angenehm, Hilfe bei der Wohnungssuche überwiegend auf meine Landessprache zu haben. Es ist mir bewusst, dass der Wohnungsmarkt in Paris sehr stressig ist. Jedoch war es teilweise sehr mühsam auf Antworten zu warten und in der Ungewissheit zu sein. Es ist mir klar, dass Lodgis viele Interessenten hat und nicht immer sofort antworten kann. Andererseits habe ich aber auch erlebt das das Antworten plötzlich schnell geht, wenn es zum Beispiel um das Geld überweisen geht. Dann kamen die Antworten fast im Sekundentakt. Da sehe ich noch Verbesserungspotential. Dass das erreichen von Mitarbeitern per Telefon fast unmöglich ist, finde ich auch schade. Vieles könnte per Telefon einfacher und schneller gelöst werden. Da es wirklich schwierig ist in Paris eine Bleibe zu finden, ist Lodgis sehr hilfreich, speziell wenn man nicht vor Ort ist. Daher würde ich Lodgis weiter empfehlen.

-Assez lents dans les réponses aux emails, j’ai souvent dû re-solliciter pour avoir une réponse -Réponses parfois incomplètes -Peu de clarté dans la disponibilité des appartements (ils étaient disponibles puis en fait ils ne l’étaient pas), aussi bien dans les annonces du site que pendant la négociation

fluide communication, le seul commentaire que je peux faire concerne un peu de lenteur au niveaux des feed back sur les appartements pre sélectionnés, qui peut prendre 3 ou 4 jours et donc perdre l opportunité de louer et visiter l apartement de mon choix

Very efficient, friendly members of staff, always happy to answer all of my questions. I felt very confident going into the booking process as I had been informed fully as what to expect. I am really looking forward to my stay in the apartment and I am very happy to have found Lodgis. If I had any criticism it would be that very occasionally it seemed to take a while for my emails to be responded to and also the cost of agency fees and deposits etc is a lot higher than what I have previously experienced. However, this is the first time I have rented in France so this could be the norm in this case. Overall I am very happy with my experience so far. Thank you.

日本人スタッフの方に対応していただきました。ひとつひとつの質問にも丁寧に応えてくれました。レスポンスも早かったです。家主の方も丁寧で、いい意味で、自由にさせてくれました。チェックアウト時も、保証金をすぐに返却してくれました。私はさほど英語が出来ないので、チェックインがスムーズに行くかな？と少し不安でしたが、空港到着から家主とはショートメールでやりとりし、アパルトマンに着いてすぐに会えました。何も問題はなかったです。

スーパーやパン屋が近くにあり重宝しました。活気ある地区で、治安も良好でしたので深夜に帰る時も問題ありませんでした。studio内もきれいです。何よりもcentre pompidouまで5分かからないという立地が良かったです。
