I was very pleased with your company.

Agency were quite helpful both the arrangement and later on site stages. We had s wi fi disconnect issue and dropped them a mail to which the response came back in few minutes. The only unclarity was an additional fee request for cleaning after the stay but which was not fixed in the contract. They quickly clarified this and did not ask for additional fee once we reviewed the contract together - probably an omission from their side, but they quickly apologised and the topic was closed!

Hi, I'm impressed, you guys match human and automation in such a smooth way. I was checking with 2 agencies at the same time, the other sent lots of stuff far from the school and every time i tried to apply (3x) it was refused. With you I had 1 refusal but it was a greater experience. Just a pity that now i deal with another agency representing the landlord that sends me word documents, but not your fault. Thanks Julien. Hi, I am happy with overall service by Lodgis. But sometimes I don't receive mail reply and still I m waiting for rent receipt for November month. Even though rent is paid within 5th of month.

É até assustador a maneira prática e eficiente que eu pude resolver tudo que era necessário para alugar o apartamento. Realmente estão de parabéns!

The agency (Lodgis and managing company Adgestis) were easy to reach by phone or email. No language barrier. They were responsive to correcting some minor issues we brought to their attention. They greeted us at the apt upon arrival and departure. They were very professional to deal with.

My contact at Lodgis was very helpful, and the booking process went smoothly. People at Paris Rental Services who represent the owner of the aparment have also been very helpful. I met their representative at the apartment at the agreed time.

It was sometimes difficult to get a quick response and understand what was happening.

Destaco la fluidez de la comunicación, los mails eran contestados al momento y la rapidez con la que mis dudas eran disipadas. Destaco, además, la posibilidad de comunicarme en español, creo que es uno de los puntos fuertes que tienen como inmobiliaria. Creo que es importante contar con una pagina de Facebook o red social donde pude leer comentarios sobre ustedes.

Great they worked with us to help us get in a little early. Very pleasant and accomidating... I would suggest ... it would be helpful to provide written instructions for washer/ dryer combo, dishwasher and where to dispose of trash (Should also be in English)

the contact with the agency went great and easy, cynthia was lovely and very helpful! but i have to say, i find the commission im paying for the agency is a bit high for one month.
