Very efficient operation, good website and exactly the service we needed.

Excellent dealings with the agency. I could not have had anymore help than they gave me. Also with staff who welcomed us and checked us out at the apsrtment.

Agency was most helpful in clarifying all our queries about the apartment, and in assisting us in locating the ideal one. Always prompt, professional and most efficient. A suggested improvement is to have on fee covering insurance and cancellation, rather than doing them separately.

A l'image de la propriétaire (ou l'inverse), excellent rapport que ce soit par telephone ou mail mais surtout excellente réactivité. Frais d'agence payé en ligne qui confirme la réservation donc pas de crainte de s'entendre dire que le logement est dejà loué. Bref tout est simplifié.Merci encore d'avoir contribué a ce que mon sejour se passe idealement.
