I love the apartment and it’s location. However, it was not ready for me when I arrived (no electricity, no curtains, no wifi, no tv). I am spending a fortune on internet. Also, the building is under repair, and there are workmen outside my windows and construction noise, and loud talking as though they’re in the apartment at times. None of this was divulged to me through the lengthy process of renting wherein I and my husband divulged finances, wrote pledges to pay rent, etc. Yet in return I was not given consideration. I should be compensated. It’s just not right.
