"This large (44m2) furnished alcove studio is located on the 10th floor of a recent building in rue de la Folie Regnault (Paris 11). It can accomodate up to 4 adults. An additional baby cot or a foldable mattress suitable for a child is available on demand.
The flat is very bright, with large windows, and offers a stunning view on the trees of the Pere Lachaise hill. It is very well equipped, with wifi, a TV set, phone, washing machine, etc.
The building is protected by codes and an entrance gate and has a janitor on site.
In the immediate vicinity, you will enjoy several cafes with terasses, restaurants with good food and nice pricing, retail shops and supermarkets, a pharmacy, an excellent bakery, and typical open markets several times a week.
In the neighbourhood (Bastille and "trendy" Oberkampf) you'll find more restaurants, bars, clubs, and artists studios.
3 metro stations less than 5 minutes from the flat and et a bus stop just doxnstairs will bring you to the center of Paris and the Seine's banks in about 20 minutes. "

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was well furnished, warm and there was enough space for all 4 of us. The location is good with easy access to 2 metro stations and a supermarket right outside. The view over to Pere Lachaise cemetery is very nice.
