Large and comfortable studio 35m2, renovated, very decorative and very comfortable. You will discover an exceptional view of the 10th floor with elevator and parking with direct access (by lift) facing west from where you can see all the monuments of Paris: Montmartre or cooking at breakfast and the Eiffel Tower over your bed all other monuments to look for look. The underground "Charonne" is about 300m on the line serving nine department stores and the Champs-Elysées. You are very close to the Bastille "very connected" with the famous dancing "Ballajo" and very many restaurants in Paris, the Marais and Les Halles.
You will find a super market in the next building open from 9am to 21h where there are any. And plenty of shopping in the street, opposite a bakery etc . . . You can stay in 2 or 3 people with a Queen size bed 160 wide and a single bed 90x200. The kitchen is open to the main room and fully equipped \ [fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, food processor, cutter, grinder ...]; Guests have a large shower room with toilet, walk-in shower, large vanity and lave-linge/séchant. The lobby is spacious and has a large closet.
Of course, you have wireless internet, the phone calls to France and on all mobile operators, a large TV and a hi-fi. The studio is very quiet overlooking a beautiful public park where you can play your children or bowling or table tennis (rackets and balls available).
