Large and comfortable 35m2 studio, renovated, very decorative and very comfortable. Exceptional view on the 10th floor with elevator and parking with direct access (by elevator) facing west from where you can see all the monuments of Paris: Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. The “Charonne” metro station is about 300m away on the line serving nine department stores and the Champs-Elysées. Close to the “very connected” Bastille with the famous “Ballajo” dance and many of Paris's best restaurants, the Marais and Les Halles. You'll find a supermarket next door, open from 9am to 9pm except Mondays, as well as shops, bakeries and more. You can stay 2 or 3 people with a queen-size bed 160 wide and a single bed 90x200. The kitchen is open to the main room and fully equipped \ [fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, food processor ...]. Large walk-in shower room with WC, large closet and washing machine/dryer. The studio is spacious and has a large closet in the entrance hall. The studio is very quiet, overlooking a magnificent public park where you and your children can play bowling or table tennis (rackets and balls available). The cellar is at your disposal.
