Renting a Furnished Apartment in Vincennes

Our furnished rental listings are varied, including approximately twenty listings ranging from studios to family apartments with 3 rooms or more, and occasionally individual houses. Whether small or large, these apartments are all equipped and furnished. Naturally, your future kitchen comes with all the main appliances making it operational as soon as you move in. The same goes for the main rooms (bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining area). To give you an idea of the atmosphere and decoration of each apartment, we publish a series of photos (taken by us) on each listing, as well as, most often, a 2D floor plan and even sometimes a 3D plan for certain apartments. This makes it easier to imagine your future rental.

Discover Vincennes

Located 7km from the center of Paris, Vincennes is the second most densely populated city in France, after Levallois-Perret. Well connected by public transport, Vincennes is a residential city, allowing residents of the Ile-de-France to work in the capital while living closer to nature.

Activities in Vincennes

The Bois de Vincennes is the largest green space in Paris, located to the south of the city of Vincennes. Enjoy nature and fresh air by walking around the woods and its four lakes. Follow the streams that link the lakes together. A must-visit place is the romantic kiosk and the grotto on the Île de Reuilly of Lake Daumesnil, an impressive and beautiful piece of architecture.
Besides the Bois de Vincennes, the Château de Vincennes was historically a royal residence for a long time before Louis XIV moved the court to Versailles. Today, this exceptional fortress is a tourist attraction for good reason and remains a site of national memory, having been restored after damage sustained during World War II.
Moreover, you will find stadiums, fields, gymnasiums, and a large aquatic center that includes three pools, a spa, a hammam, and a solarium. However, Vincennes is more renowned for its racecourse than for its leisure centers. Completely rebuilt in 1879 after being largely destroyed during the war, it now stands as a leader among racecourses. The racecourse is now one of the most modern and convenient for spectators as well as for jockeys.
Vincennes also has its weekly markets, providing access to fresh and local food, cheaper than in supermarkets. Here is a list of the markets in Vincennes.
- Market on Rue de Fontenay: Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Market on Place Diderot: Wednesday, and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Market on Place Carnot: Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Transportation

As a suburb of Paris, Vincennes is served by several public transport lines that allow you to enter the capital city. You will find Metro Line 1 with stations at Château de Vincennes, Bérault, and Saint-Mandé. RER Line A is also accessible at the Vincennes stop. The city provides several bus lines to facilitate your travel. Velib' bike-sharing is also available in Vincennes.
