la relation avec votre Conseiller réservation est bonne. Ce qui cloche, c'est ce qui paraît sur votre site internet où il s'avère que plusieurs logements y figurent alors qu'ils ne sont plus disponibles, malgré ce qui est indiqué sur le site.

Trés trés bon contact avec l'ensemble du personnel qui répond dans les plus brefs délais aussi bien par telephone que par mail à toutes demandes.On à toujours un interlocuteur au bout du fil, ou une réponse par mail ( privilégié le contact par mail, au moins on à faire à la meme personne en charge de votre dossier ) )

Lodgis was a great help, especially Raphaelle Tailladat, who was very efficient and quick to respond to our questions by e-mail, telephone or in person. I will recommend you to everybody I now. Unlike other agencies we had contacted, you actually take the time to show us the apartments before we make a decision. Your fees are very reasonable compared to others who asked us for an arm and a leg. Great Job and thank you.

Ich hatte überwiegend Kontakt mit Frau Le Corre, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Auch war es sehr angenehm, Hilfe bei der Wohnungssuche überwiegend auf meine Landessprache zu haben. Es ist mir bewusst, dass der Wohnungsmarkt in Paris sehr stressig ist. Jedoch war es teilweise sehr mühsam auf Antworten zu warten und in der Ungewissheit zu sein. Es ist mir klar, dass Lodgis viele Interessenten hat und nicht immer sofort antworten kann. Andererseits habe ich aber auch erlebt das das Antworten plötzlich schnell geht, wenn es zum Beispiel um das Geld überweisen geht. Dann kamen die Antworten fast im Sekundentakt. Da sehe ich noch Verbesserungspotential. Dass das erreichen von Mitarbeitern per Telefon fast unmöglich ist, finde ich auch schade. Vieles könnte per Telefon einfacher und schneller gelöst werden. Da es wirklich schwierig ist in Paris eine Bleibe zu finden, ist Lodgis sehr hilfreich, speziell wenn man nicht vor Ort ist. Daher würde ich Lodgis weiter empfehlen.

Les communications avec l'agence sont très rapides et les conseillers sont toujours à l'écoute et disponibles.

-Assez lents dans les réponses aux emails, j’ai souvent dû re-solliciter pour avoir une réponse -Réponses parfois incomplètes -Peu de clarté dans la disponibilité des appartements (ils étaient disponibles puis en fait ils ne l’étaient pas), aussi bien dans les annonces du site que pendant la négociation

迅速できめ細やかな対応が素晴らしい．それでいて，手数料は思ったほど高くなかったです．クレジットカードで全て決済できるのもよい．1年くらいの滞在であれば，銀行口座作らなくても生活できます．

The appartmenti is exactly as advertised, very honest and helpful while looking for the appartment, after you have found it they are not as helpful.
