We had an issue with the entrance of the appartment. The agency did not help to solve it.

鍵の引き渡しなど融通をきかせてくれました。 ただ入室時、キッチンの排水溝に果物のたねや皮などの生ゴミが置き去りになっていたことがとても残念でした。

出発前にアパートが決まって、助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

Tout s'est bien passé lors de la conclusion de la location par mail.Nous n'avons eu de contact direct qu'avec le représentant du propriétaire qui s'est montré très disponible et réactif.

Eu gostei que o consultor estava sempre solicito e respondia minhas mensagens e duvidas rapidamente, porem eu gostaria de ter visitado o apartamento que aluguei e outros antes de ter tomado minha decisao, mesmo depois de ter assinado o contrato nao consegui visita-lo e achei que isso dificultou bastante pra mim, afinal é bastante dinheiro que inventimos a longo prazo e que eu nem mesmo pude ver pessoalmente o imovel, é dificil ter pespectiva apenas por fotos

As a nit-picker, I have to say that the agents are all really friendly and positive. Thanks for their help I am able to find a satisfying residence in Paris. However, I suggest that the sofa-bed and bed should also be included in the "FEATURES" since there are always people who don't like sofa-bed such as me.

Parfois un peu compliqué d'obtenir certaines informations... Sans doute également dû par l'urgence de notre situation mais je n'ai pas toujours été rappelé quand je l'ai demandé et pas mal d'informations ne me sont jamais arrivés malgré des relances.

基本的に回答をいただくのに時間がかかったように思います。 エリアを指定して物件を探していただくようお願いしていましたが、一度抑えたところは何度もこちらか連絡をし、結果申し込み後に値段が上がってしまったり、別の物件も遠かったりと結局、決めたアパートはこちらで探ししてピンポイントでここをお願いします、という形での契約となりました。 対応はいつもとても丁寧なのですが実際の物件探しに関しては今回に関しては不満が残りました。

Es waren zu viele EMails nötig um ein Zimmer zu buchen. Dazu kommt, dass es Missverständnisse gab welche weiteren Aufwand bedeutet haben. Als dann alles geregelt war, wurde ich sehr nett empfangen aber bis dahin war es viel Arbeit.

Me parecen excesivos los gastos de gestión, si éstos fueran más baratos si recomendaría su agencia

Yes and no answers to last questions were useless. " would you recommend apartment?" answer is both yes and no. It was cheap and well located , but it was too dirty to fully endorse.
