The contact with the agency was quick. I could count on the agency everytime i called them.

Site ergonomique et recherche précise, descriptif complet et détaillé. Les prix sont bien décomposés entre frais, charges et loyer, contrairement aux concurrents... Les photos sont très bien prises. Seul déception, le manque de disponibilité des agents pour pouvoir visiter l'accueil : soit on réserve de suite sans visiter soit on demande à visiter - au risque de perdre le logement... mais le contexte parisien justifie cette empressement...

Une expérience intéressante et novatrice d'avoir une agence immobilière complètement dématérialisée. Permet de limiter les pertes de temps. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu visiter le bien avant location.

Bonjour, Tous est bien. Je recommanderais un peu plus de proactivité au moment de la recherche. J'étais prête à visiter plusieurs apparatements sur une courte période avant de faire mon choix et cela se passait plutôt au compte goutte (un peu trop lent pour moi). Finalement j'ai du louer celui-ci dans le visiter (et je ne regrette pas :-))

We tried many agencies but finally got an apartment through Lodgis. It was a very busy period and a lot of apartments we wanted were taken very quickly, but we were still able to find a home with Lodgis, finally.

All the contact was very well-mannered and clear. Untill now no complains and it's worth to say that Marion was very helpful and courteous.

Everything was great prior to the lease being signed. A little difficult to get hold of the Property Manager on his cellphone as we have a leak from upstairs and since he was not here to personally welcome us (someone else was sent) there was quite a bit of information that we had to figure out for ourselves. But that is being super critical - it's been a very good experience with Lodgis to date. And The property Manager did contact our insurance for the damage caused rather than requiring us to contact them (with our limited French language skills). The fact that the monthly bills /provisions are all paid directly by the agency is a huge help also. We had heard a lot of negative reviews about agencies in Paris and Lodgis has been very easy and accommodating all along. We would recommend Lodgis to anyone else.

Tout c'est bien passé avec la personne qui s'est occupée de mon dossier. La seule remarque que je pourrais faire est qu'il faudrait mieux expliquer sur le site comment de passent les contrats de location avec la signature électronique par exemple et le reste.

Great agency to find apartments in Paris. But a much more responsive time in advance would greatly assist clients that are abroad in there home country to secure an apartment before arriving.

The agents that I spoke with were very helpful in finding apartments amongst themselves based on the descriptions that you provide them with, and I eventually found the right one after I had gotten myself into a time crunch! Thankyou Lodgis team.

They are very helpful and kind, in my case the only issue I had was that I was in a rush and to make an appointment with the landlords took longer than i aspected,; at the end everything worked out pretty well.
