They answer the question as soon as possible and speak some languages, so is very easy to keep a conversation with then
Things turned out OK but there was a little uncertainty throughout the process that could be improved. -It took several days to get responses, confirmations, etc.- Some things like payment arrangements, deposit handling, could be done better: perhaps through web automation. It might be a cultural thing so these comments are just in the spirit of constructive criticism and not an expression of lack of satisfaction.
Very good but some trouble with charging our deposit 8 times!

Lodgis was a perfect agent to me, respond immediately, and gave me very qualitive services. The only reason I dont give a 5/5 is because after the booking I contacted them for a potential problem I may had but they never replied, luckily all went well.
