The apartment is charming; decorated simply, in French style. Kitchen well equipped. Great internet access. Nice neighborhood - with shops and cafés. Close to central metro.

The agency was understanding and helpful. I had some questions and the agency called me back as they promised.

An excellent apartment in a great location in the Marais. the landlord was very helpful and flexible when our arrival date was delayed.

You web site is very well-designed, the best of the ones I looked at. I was impressed at the efficiency of the entire process of finding the apartment, signing the lease, etc. I had expected inevitable problems, but did not have them. Thank you! I have already recommended your agency to friends and relatives.

Rien a signaler

Fine. The long and many emails about various stages of the transaction, and payments to be made by certain deadlines, are sometimes a bit confusing and could perhaps be streamlined.

Très rapide et serieuse.

No any problem . proffesionals

agency was punctual about my reservation

Great communication

Quickly response, and provide full information!

Timely responses and reasonable rates.

GRACIAS!

Our first time with Logis, will use again as well as recommend.

Excellent service!!!!

Quick responses both initially and ongoing.

Excellent support.

Akemi was very responsive.

Very nice

Sehr freundlich und sogar in deutscher Sprache

Good, they provided all the necessary information and replied very promptly. it\'s the first time though when we are asked to purchase a home insurance.

Efficient

Correct and efficient

tres bonne

Cordial

very nice appartment

It was better to have pre-notification or confirmation just before our stay.

Quick response, very helpful.

All the necessary explanations and assistance necessary were provided. I write in English here as it seems that might be best? I did communicate with lodges and landlady in French, however. An aside: a horrible experience with another planned rental via owner who said we should side- step Lodgis, and then double -booked her place leaving us with nowhere to stay (a man charged with helping her who DID return our deposit says she does this often.....) leads me to say, ALWAYS use Lodgis. The fees and reliability are worth it!!!

It is a good agency, professional and efficient.
