ネットで調べると20区という地区は治安が悪いとの事ですが、 その中でもガンベッタは比較的治安が良い方らしい事、 Hiranoさんより「メトロはパリ中縦横に走っており、駅から5分以上歩くところはありませんのでどの物件をお選びいただいても大丈夫かと思います。」 との意見をいただきましたので、こちらに決めました。 初めてのパリ、初めての場所で不安なところ、気持ちの良い対応をしていただき、 ありがとうございました。

The agency is one of the lowest cost, anglo focused apartment rentals available. The Paris housing market is extremely fickle and landlords have their pick of tenants--there is no first mover advantage. There are some great apartments on Lodgis but you should be prepared to book it 3+ months in advance to secure a place that fits your every need.

Les agents auraient pu être plus efficaces lors de la recherche du logement, par contre ils ont été très aimables et patients... Très rapide lors de la signature du contrat! Aucun souci par rapport au garant (étranger, dans mon cas), ce qui a été le plus important pour moi.

Le temps de retour des conseillers prend parfois beaucoup de temps. Sont cependant intéressés et prêts a aider.

何度かのやりとりできちんと対応していただきました。 が、キッチンの水の出が悪い件を家主さんにも御知らせし、お返事がこないので、ロジススタッフのほうにも連絡しましたが、その後連絡をいただけませんでした。 家主さんに連絡していただいたのか、どのように言っていたのか、など、その後のフォローもしてほしいところです。
