I would request for consultants to reply and get back to us faster

Everything went really smooth and thank you so much for being patient and helpful.

Everything ok.

I love this agency! best in Paris! I will recommend this place to everyone!

As discussed with Agency, I will pay all the amounts before 1st of September.

This is the second time that I use Lodgis in Paris. I really like the quick and professional feedback from Lodgis as well as the digital solutions for the contract process etc.

Tres Bien

fantastic and caring service, an apartment in less than 3 days!

Very professional, it's the best way to find a place in Paris!

My agent, Robin was very helpful and I appreciate his quick support.

Pleasant treatment and management

Slow responses, trouble with accounts.

I am satisfied with the work of the agency, the staff is responsive and understanding. I would advise my friends to cooperate with this agency. Some processes take too much time, for example, communication with landlords, this is the only drawback.

Really grateful for Iryna's help and patience

it is quick and efficient

Merci !

Agence réactive et conseillers à l'écoute

A little slow on responding, but they were one of the only apartment agencies that actually responded at all to me. And I was finally able to get an apartment from the site. Thanks.

Super !

good

Rien à redire, réactive et efficace.

Very reactive advisor, I found what I was looking for!

Bon service client

Robin Meleiro was particularly helpful with finding flats for me after those that I had chosen were taken, responding to my emails very quickly and even outside of business hours. I thank him for his help and his friendly customer service.

Even though sometimes it is quite difficult to communicate, above all the agency has always been at our disposal to clarify our doubts. Another thing is that you always have to wait for the contract to be sure that the premises are respected.
