Mostly very responsive.

Very average interaction. In particular, poor instruction and very bad online payment platform. It is like something from the 1990s. I would really expect you to have a much better online payment and account following platform.

The good thing is that the Agency speaks English and helps expats. However, they are a little diffcult to reach. Also they caused a lot of confusion apparently because of some miscommunication with the owner.

Akemi Hirano suit mon dossier et est très réactive. C'est appréciable. En ce qui concerne les montants, surtout celui pour le ménage en fin de location (200€ pour 18 m²), je les trouve très élevé. Je prévois de faire le ménage moi-même, et comme il est dit dans le contrat, j'espère récupérer le surplus à la fin du contrat. Sinon très bon relationnel avec mon interlocutrice.
