Great service! Keep the good job :)

Thank you

A L'ECOUTE: Gentillesse.

Quick response times, available via phone if necessary, friendly staff, helpful and trust-inspiring online account with all necessary material. It's a little confusing that the contact person seems to change all the time. I have received emails from many different people (which is not an issue itself). However, when I have a question, I'm not sure which person to address. When moving in I received two different mail box keys. One of them was for the neighbors box which led to confusion when labeling the mail box with my name.

Effective help of the apartment search

all good

Great service is usual!

Very helpful. The advisors answer very promptly as well. They try to help you find the best accommodation and if you have any inconveniences they try to help you figure it out. A special thanks to Mme Iryna Bonnefoy.

Robin helped me a lot more than previous agents!

Many thanks

ok

Lodgis agents are always helpfull and supportive, to complete the contract with landlords in a agreements.

Very efficient!

Parfait

So far so good

bene organizzati, chiari i dettagli

They are very good at replying to my emails and reassuring me that something is been done to fix my problems, however as the main problem (the cockroaches) has not yet been effectively resolved I am sceptical if they will come through on their promises.

long process

Thank you LODGIS. It is already the 3rd time you assist us! We appreciate it very much!

not at present

She is very helpful however, there has been some minor miscommunication and also inefficiency in replying. However, my agent is quite lovely.

Very good experience with LODGIS and Valeria. I have signed for my new apartment just after 6 days since my first contact.

Agence immobilière digne de confiance

great experience

The best agency I have ever communicate With.

It was amazing!

Stephania LOMBARDI our agent was extremely helpful. She followed the buying process all the way to the end, with patience and understanding. Unfortunately the notary employed by the agency was not so helpful and Ms Lombardi had to fill in.

Very good attention and service

Solange Da Costa is a great agent. Very attentive and helpful.

You've been amazing! I will recommend to friends and family.
