La caution, qu’on la verse a Lodgis reversé au bailleur devrai être rendu au locataire par Lodgis et garantir au locataire sa restitution. Le locataire paie à l’avance dans mon cas je paie mes deux mois de location exigés d’avance par Lodgis, mais lodgis ne me garantie rien...

Conseillée par une amie, Lodgis m'a permis de trouver rapidement un logement sur Paris.
