How to book an apartment rental in Paris by Lodgis?

1. Select the apartment that you would like to book and that is available for the dates of your stay on our website, which is updated throughout the day. The list of icons on each page shows you the equipment and services offered in each property.

2. Check the availability dates of the apartment.

3. Please fill out the information request form. You can also call us on +33 1 70 39 11 11. Make sure that you provide:

4. We will send you a login and a password to complete your file on your customer account (administrative information, financial information, guarantees, etc.).

5. We then will send you a rental lease (viewings are available for rentals of over 6 months, in which case you will receive a visit form before the letting contract is sent).

10. INSURANCE
For your booking you will need to provide a comprehensive home insurance certificate, if requested by the landlord. Failure to do so could result in the rental request being refused.
For rentals of less than 3 months, you can also apply for additional insurance for cancellations or early departures.
When you request an apartment we will give you the insurer's contact details. However, you are free to use the insurer of your choice.

11. You arrange a time for your arrival with the landlord. You will sign a schedule of fixtures and an inventory list.
